Gail was the lady who helped with our purchase, she was very good and did not put us under any pressure to buy . So we was very pleased with how professional we was treated.

Gail the sales assistant was extremely helpful describing the different mattresses to us, and trying the simulator bed to help us choose the right firmness for us. We did not feel rushed, we were offered coffee, which was lovely, then chose our mattress at leisure, a very simple choice in the end, Gail could not have been more helpful, thankyou.

Greeted politely and offered assistance fairly quickly but without feeling pressured.

As soon as i walked in david approached me said he would talk through some bits then leave me to it but I'm a pretty decisive guy and intended to buy a bed there and then. he was knowledgable about the mattresses and beds and as soon as i told him the bed i wanted but once he showed it me i felt it was too chunky he diverted me to similar less chunky one. my main thing is i know what i want just needed some advice especially with mattresses and i like to do things quick and straight forward id be suprised if i was in there longer than 20 mins which was great
