Gail was lovely, she offered me a coffee even though I don't drink it, I really did appreciate the offer. She understood my concerns regarding the bed potentially retaining heat so upon agreeing to purchase the insurance policy, she generously threw in some pillows and a cotton protective sheet for the mattress I bought. She was genuinely lovely to both myself and my mother who was also looking for a replacement mattress for her own bed.

Staff very good and friendly

The service we received by the in store staff was second to none with a good knowledge of the products available. We received refreshments during our visit to the store that were made for us by our sales lady Stacey. After choosing our products the paperwork was completed within 15 mins and we are now just waiting for delivery.within two weeks

Very happy with our visit, we told them our problem and we left with the perfect bed and frame!

Very friendly, courteous staff, and also very knowledgeable. Sue took us through every part of our purchase and explained everything to us. The price was what we were willing to pay on our budget and this was taken into account. Overall a very pleasant experience. .

I needed a mattress right away and I had a van to take away, the lady that served me got me the mattress I wanted at a discounted price and also threw in some pillows. Very fast aswell as I only had a short break from work to buy one. Thank you

Stacey the young shop assistant was extremely helpful made us feel very at ease and helped and guided us to the right bed for us so helpful and very funny certainly made u feel very comfortable pleasant and polite u have a very loyal member of staff there
