Great service, found a fabulous bed just what we wanted, with lots of help and advice from Stacey.

The staff were really friendly. He knew what he was talking about and extremely helpful. He helped us pick our bed and mattress. He also got as the information we need

I have been looking at beds over the last week or so, visiting all the major and local suppliers. The service I received in Dreams at Blackpool was without a doubt, and by a considerable margin, better than any other store which I visited. Your representative (Sue) took pains to put me on the machine that recommends the correct mattress and then guided me round the shop until I had decided on my purchase. While we were completing the business Sue explained the advantages of The Bed Cover Programme (which I took), confirmed the 40 Night Comfort guarantee and explained the delivery process. We were also made to feel welcome with a hot drink. Sue could have done nothing more!

Very friendly, (and good memories as remembered us from 2 years ago!) keeping the whole experience light hearted. You have fantastic staff! We will definately return in future.
