Dreams - Blackpool

We where greeted as we walked through the door, so that was nice by a guy called David. He asked me what I was looking for so I told him and he helped me straight the way with what I wanted. He offered me a tea or a coffee which was very nice. Now I can't wait to get into my new bed 6th march now

Aaron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and his assistance in finding products to fulfill our needs was much appreciated. Overall he made the experience of purchasing a new bed quite enjoyable and very easy.

David was very helpful and spent plenty of time showing and talking about the products at hand we was offered a drink and the sleepmatch was amazing nothing was to much trouble for David will definitely return and pass on the good word

The service offered by Aaron was excellent, giving good advice without a hard sell approach, making sure we received what we wanted. His knowledge of the products was very good, and his approach was friendly without being assertive.

Aaron was the most attentive sales person we have ever dealt with. His attention to detail was to be admired. We had no hesitation in taking his recommendations on board and are now looking forward to taking delivery of our new bed.

Amazing service , after being badly let down by bensons for beds I cannot praise Stacey and her manager enough . Fantastic service .

Was very highly satisfied with my purchase. Do wish the time frame could have been sooner than quoted but hopefully it will be worth the wait. I have to say from start to finish Stacey couldn’t have been more helpful. Greeted upon entering the store within a few minutes I was offered tea or coffee, I had a latte and have to say it was a lovely cuppa. I placed my order with Stacey and can’t wait till 2/3/2020!!

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Listened to our needs and advised accordingly. Gave us time and space to make our choice. No sales pressure.
