Arron was amazing , welcoming , kind , knowledgeable, friendly , funny , professional & helpful - all positive vibes however the other member of staff was extremely negative / simply a Kiljoy / his negative vibes made my partner leave the ship twice , was awkward at times ! I think this was the manager and clearly shouldn’t be in his position as his power tripper ways made the visit most unpleasant ! So glad arran was there as he was the ONLY reason I placed the order

We were looked after the whole time we were there. Aaron was friendly and so knowledgeable in the products. No pressure to buy a certain product - he listened to what we needed/wanted and genuinely helped us with offering different solutions.

Aaron was wonderful. He was by himself, had someone with him, another customer wanted help, then a maskless family came in. He served everyone as quickly as possible. He dealt with the maskless people before us as he could probably see they were making us uncomfortable. When he dealt with us he was very apologetic about the time it would take for the bed to arrive - even though it wasn’t his fault. He also made a lovely comment about the behaviour of our children; how good they were. He is a credit to your company and should not be left alone in a busy shop. He handled it very well, was very apologetic and a delight to deal with.
