Dreams - Blackpool

We dealt with Aaon at the Vicarage Lane Store, Blackpool. We found Aaron to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble on the three occasions we visited the store whilst trying to decide on the product and accessories we required. We were offered refreshments and felt extremely comfortable with the Covid 19 precautions. Both of the staff wore masks and protected paper sheets were placed on each of the mattresses tested. Hand sanitizers were available on entering the premises. Overall a very satisfying experience. we have no hesitation in recommending Dreams.

Stacey was fantastic from start to finish extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions and as we bought a bed 2 years ago for our spare room we came back because of the good service we received then dreams have a great team and make you feel very welcome and also let you browse never at any point did we feel pushed into buying a bed as some places are on your back the minute you walk in our experience was a happy one

Brilliant service by Stacey from start to finish. She listened to our needs and got us exactly what we wanted. Would of been nice to have blue light discount however and a quicker delivery date which I understand can’t be helped
