Jamie approached us immediately on arriving and was most helpful. We were shown many alternatives of what we were looking for. Excellent service and very friendly atmosphere in nice clean store.

Our Sales Advisor was excellent and really made the process of choosing a new mattress a breeze. He was understanding of our budget and made us both feel like we got the best product within this. He didn't once come over as a pushy salesman (which is refreshing for the furniture industry), just extremely approachable and friendly and is a credit to your organisation.

All the staff at the Blackpool branch went out of their way to be helpful and in particular Aaron. I would like to commend them on their excellent customer service, product knowledge and professionalism. A credit to your company.
