Staff very professional and knowledgable and very curtious

From entering to exiting the store we were treated with utmost courtesy. We shared some good banter with Aaron and Hannibal, especially when the conversation turned to lunch. These two staff members certainly know their product and made the expreience a pleasant one.

Aaron was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Stacey was very impressive. Helpful and friendly without being overbearing. I liked the fact that she did not do pressure sales (which would have had me making for the door) but made it clear she would help if needed. The gentleman I spoke to was also friendly and helpful

Our assistant was very knowledgeable. Her name was Debra and worked in the Dreams shop in Blackpool. She was very friendly and made us feel at ease, she found us a 5ft bed and mattress for a great price. Well Done

Found what I wanted online, had it in store. The lady was very honest on which is the best mattress for my budget. Overall a good experince.

I was accompanying my 84yr old mum to buy a new adjustable bed. We had looked online but mobility companies often sell you a bed you have only ever seen in a picture and I wanted her to see what is buying and be able to lay on a bed and try it first. as she needs softness but also support. I should add this is something she had never experienced before. During her married life dad always decided everything. Aaron was great sympathetic and she left very happy with the service price and experience at dreams Great Job.
