Debra the colleague who served me was very knowledgable and friendly. She made my shopping experience an excellent one. This was my first visit to Dreams and I was very impressed with the overall service I received.

Aaron was extremely competent,not pushy explained the products in easy to understand terminology. The mattress machine was great fun apart from showing me how big my beer belly is.Ordering was easy, fast delivery date and nice green plastic bags for my garden rubbish.All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

We tried every mattress in the store till we found the one for us we both knew it was the one, the manager (don’t know his name ) answered all of the questions that we asked of him he was so knowledgeable and so pleasant. He helped us a lot and all in all it was a very worth while visit and I would shop at Dreams again.

This was our first visit to a dreams store after a bad shopping experience at another retailer that morning. When we walked into the store we were greeted warmly by Aaron who asked if we needed any help or a drink while we were looking. We asked for help as we didn’t really know what we wanted to get. Aaron’s service was amazing, his knowledge of products was great and if he didn’t know he went to find out straight away. We had our 5yo daughter with us and he was just as engaging with her as us which was great as sometimes this doesn’t happen. We ended up buying a new bed and mattress that day and this was all due to the help and guidance on Aaron. Would appreciate if this feedback can be passed across to the store for his manager. Products at dreams are of a very high standard and being able to find your perfect mattress from the sleep machine was brilliant.

From going into the store I was looked after straight away. The staff were very friendly and helped me choose which mattress was best suited for me as I didn’t have a clue at all so really I needed some assistance and advice. In particular I would like to say how friendly Aaron was who was the shop assistant that I dealt with. He was very friendly, knowledgable and so helpful with such a positive attitude! Extremely happy with the service I received and the whole process of buying my new mattress.
