We had exceptional service from Stacey during her visit, and from the Store Manager too. Stacey was welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive when we needed her to be. She guided us through a tailored range of products in store after we had experienced Sleep Match and then processed our transaction efficiently. Out daughter was thrilled to be offered a hot chocolate too.

The process was made easy and the decision was then only between 3 mattresses.

The shop seemed to be well stocked, with a good choice of beds and mattresses, it was clean and well laid out and the assistant left what he was doing to just ask me if I needed any help and when I said yes, he came over to me. He answered all my questions without being 'pushy' and I left the shop feeling less confused and bewildered than I had expected.
