even though my husband ordered the bed, I feel we were put under too much pressure to make our decision, I needed time to look around but got pressure from sales assistants

The gentleman assistant was Lovely and helpful as was all the staff except for the girl who attended to me she seemed helpful at first but got fed up as l was taking to long to decide she kept leaving us then coming back with a bored look on her face to which I commented she replyed ive had worse customers than you I bought my last bed out of dreams and now this one if it hadn’t been for my husband dying on tr 11th April I would have had no need for a new one as it was a good bed but my husband was in a wheelchair before he died and had A bed lever that is why I came back to dreams your assistant new I wasn’t to happy and gave me Some new pillows for my ordeal she said

Went in for a cheap mattress as it’s only temporary while we move house, offer a display mattress which colleague had said it was £160 but 50% so was £80 was happy with that when I placed the order she also stated delivery was free and that a mattress cover was also free when I got the online receipt the matress stated £120 bed sheet £5 and delivery £5 and discount £50 I feel I was miss sold as I was told the matress was £160 with 50% off and other items were free.

I purchased a bed ,paid in full , happy with my purchase on returning home and looking online for more information on The bed It stated online that the bed was only under guarantee for only 1 year No way will I pay £2149 on a bed for a 1 year guarantee For that kind of money I expect at least five years or more I phoned the store explaining I wasn’t happy I was offered extra guarantee for 8years for an extra £85 I told them I wasn’t prepared to pay any more If you can’t include the extra guarantee in the price Then I was happy to cancel my order Which they happily accepted So I cancelled my order
