Welcoming staff. Good with my accompanying 3yr old. Good knowledge of mattress’s. Wish I could have been told re the availability of another bed which is becoming available in an ottoman (Ellis, would have ordered as ottoman if they knew when it was available, was showing on their order screen but unavailable, disappointing). Had a nice Latte and son offered water - maybe a kids interactive/kids bed area could keep them occupied. He loved jumping in the beds but I wasn’t happy with that and was distracting (I couldn’t leave him with anyone as I’m a widow and have no additional childcare). Good quality products on show.

We went to view Hypnos mattress to either buy or disregard, but the store only had one, as it happens Stacey advised us of the Gel mattresses and this is what we purchased. We did use the Dreams Bed assessor however it was completely different to what we wanted or expected and to what we purchased.

Only one person working in store on a Saturday morning meant I had to wait a while until the previous customer had finished their purchase.

We ordered a mattress and the wrong one was ordered first of all and it was more expensive and l mentioned that to the sales person and it had to be reordered
