We where given plenty of time to browse at our own leisure without any commision hungry sales staff breathing down our neck the moment we expressed interest in a bed, the whole experience was pleasurable and the offer of a coffee, while we where, browsing was an unexpected bonus, the product knowledge shown by the assistant helped us to decide on which base and mattress to purchase and our overall visit to the store left us confident in knowing we had made the correct choice.

I TOLD THE LADY EXACTLY WHAT I REQUIRED AND SHE SHOWED ME 5 OPTIONS TO SUIT WHICH WE QUICKLY CAME TO A DECISION ON AND PURCHASED THE ONE WE WANTED

Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable offering advise as needed. We were also offered refreshments and kept informed throughout the process

Kathryn took the time to go through medium mattress, I loved the gel mattress put of all the ones I tried in store.

It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The assistant was very friendly, took time to understand our needs and was knowledgeable about the products.

The Manager who served us was polite, efficient and explained everything to us to our satisfaction. The only drawback was the cost of disposing of the old mattress. £33 is a bit steep. I expected something near £20. Other than that we were well satisfied.

Store staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I was served by Kathryn who reassured me that I wasn't being the nuisance I thought I was being. I tried bed after bed and back to the ones I already tried but poor girl never once made me feel out of order. Brilliant experience

After visiting another competitor store earlier where the assistant did not have the product knowledge, i was very impressed with your staff knowledge and experience both Inny and Stacey were very knowledgeable as well as friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. I have recently undergone brain surgery so finding the right bed was important and both took time to listen to my needs and of course the techy side for my hubby. Excellent service and you should be proud of your staff who genuinely cared for us it made the choosing very easy and a very pleasant experience

No problems with the service at all. The only issue I had was with the price of the product, I.e £65 for a Tempur mattress protector - extortionate! Makes me feel like I've had to pay for the privilege of the Tempur moniker!
