The staff were very helpful and showed us a selection of mattresses of the types were looking for .We tried each one for comfort several times until we decided on the one we wanted placing an order was very straight forward would recommend dreams to anyone shopping for a new bed

After entering the store we were approached by the staff but not pestered. We were offered a hot drink and left to browse. When we needed assistance the staff, Inny and Stacey were very attentive and also knowledgeable and clear in explaining the differences in our preferred choice of 'memory foam' mattresses. We were shown a number of products and were encouraged to try each of them. Once we had chosen, the actual sale and arrangements for delivery were also carried out professionally and efficiently. A very polished and proficient end to end service.

Kathryn who served us was perfect she new everything about what we wanted very nice to us she should get a medal she even made us a drink shops need more staff like her a great thanks
