The staff we dealt with (Kathryn) and particularly the Manager of the store (Inny) were very helpful and went above and beyond to satisfy what we were looking for. We had originally seen an on line exclusive item which wasn't normally held as a stock item and so were hesitant about making the purchase. The Manager emailed the warehouse asking if it was possible to have that item delivered to his outlet so we could view it. A couple of days later, he followed up with a phone call to us saying he had been successful and invited us to return to see the item. We were delighted with the service and the item we ordered, but the it was the hard working and positively (infectious) personality of the store Manager that completed the package for us. Really nice to see someone proud of what they do. What a nice guy! A great representative for your company.

The assistant welcomed us, but was not pushy at all. She guided us in the right direction but left us alone to examine and choose the product we wanted. It was reassuring that you could go into a store and not be hounded or pushed into making a decision. Excellent overall.

I was treated with respect and at no time did I feel pushed into buying. Unlike some stores. Also the salesperson Stacey was extremely helpful.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were served by Kathryn and she was very understanding of my medical needs and used this information to help advise on a suitable product. She was very accommodating of my family, making us hot drinks and engaging with my 5 month old son. Overall, the experience was great, I feel like I have made a good decision that I will enjoy the benefits of for many years.

Inny the manager of the blackpool branch was extremely helpful, he ensured I picked the right bed for my back, he rang me when I asked and Nothing was too much trouble for him, a true credit to your company.

When I visited the shop, I was made very welcome and even asked if I would like a hot drink. The Assistant Kathryn delt with my purchase in a patient and understanding manner. I also found that Kathryn was able to answer all my queries I didn't feel under any pressure to purchase a product, I was able to wander around the store and lie on mattresses at my own leasure. Generally I found that all staff were very pleasant and had time to chat. Thank you for looking after me.

Very knowledgeable manager. Knew his stuff but no pressure was put on us to buy even though we took up a lot of his time. We found the same product online for 50 less but came back to store purely because of his help.

First impressions of the store was most welcoming, it is very clean, bright & warm and easy to walk around. We had an idea of what we wanted to purchase so we ask an assistant for some advice. Kathryn came over to help us and we explained to her what we required in comfort, value & budget. She was most pleasant and very knowledgeable about the range of products suited to our needs. From the time we entered the store right through to the completion of the purchase we couldn't be more satisfied. WELL DONE! As for the delivery we were kept informed all of the way. Item was delivered on time and taken up to the bedroom. Most satisfied.
