I thought the customer service was excellent Kathryn who served us was very knowledgeable about the products you sold and reassured us when making the purchase, the store manager was also exceptional helping with our postures and guiding us on our correct sleeping positions also my husband was delighted he got a brew.

All 3 staff working were fantastic. The gent helped us choose the right matress and gave us tips on how to use the pillow to help our posture. Whilst ordering and paying for our goods, the ladies were very funny and entertained our children. The coffee and hot chocolate was an added bonus.

Found Isabella frame on line and went to local Dreams store to view but item wasn't in store. Your manager assured me that I would be satisfied with it so I placed the order. Your manager and sales assistant were friendly, courteous and professional, they had good product knowledge without being pushy.

Kathryn and her colleague where most helpful in assisting us with our needs. We bought from Dreams 9 years ago and the bed has served us well. Kathryn was very knowledgeable in explaining the options of beds given that my wife needs a softer mattress than me. The sales assistant at the Blackpool shop, Kathryn, was superb. She knew the products well and gave me a fabulous deal. She was friendly throughout and the whole process was very efficient.
