Katherine was very friendly and explained the various mattress and encouraged to try them out. She was interested in our medical conditions and why we were buying new mattresses

From the moment we walked in the showroom, we were greeted with warm smiles and offers to assist. A cup of tea and a cup of coffee were served to us whilst we walked around looking and helpful, friendly advice given. Kathryn spent as much time with us as we would have wished for and advised us all about the beds were were considering. Overall we had excellent service and it was a pleasure to shop there

Kathryn was extremely helpful and we were well looked after during our visit to the store.

Stacey's knowledge was impecable. She took plenty of time to understand our needs and worked hard to ensure we got the best recommendation for what we were looking for. The brew was spot on as well.

An excellent and friendly approach from your employee. She explained things very clearly and gave me options to meet my needs and budget.

Friendliness of staff and helpfulness

The sales assistant Kathryn was really helpful, made alternative suggestions but allowed me time to make a decision without being pushy. She was easy to talk to and did not make me feel obliged to buy. She was knowledgeable about the products and helped me make a final decision. However, I felt the manger should have left her to it. He was trying to be helpful as well but I was quite happy working with Kathryn and his intervention made me feel uncomfortable as I felt I had to acknowledge him but then felt like I was disregarding what Kathryn had been telling me. This wasn't the case but it made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. I felt happy talking to Kathryn and felt she had dealt with my questions excellently. The manager should have left her to it as she clearly knows her job and does it well.

All the staff were very friendly and down to earth, they made sure that we got the right bed and mattress for us at a decent price. We enjoyed the experience and we'll definitely be returning to dreams when we need a new one.
