All of the staff at the store were extremely welcoming and helpful. The manager Inny, went out of his way to find me just the right mattress and pillows. I could not praise Inny and his staff enough. I went in a couple of times and each time the service and attention was impeccable from all of the staff.

We were greeted on arrival & offered a coffee whilst we looked around. We asked for information about the Tempur beds & what would be suitable for us. We were given plenty of time to lie on different beds to decide which would be best for us. We were served by Stacey who was the Assistant Store Manager she was extremely polite, friendly & very knowledgable about the product and answered all our questions. An extreme pleasant visit from start to finish. Excellent service.

The assistant within store, Katie Bell, offered an exceptionally high level of service. Her product knowledge, advice and understanding of our needs was fantastic. She gave us time to try different products, listening carefully to our preferences, adjusting her suggestions accordingly. Without her service we would not have found the process as easy as it was. A fantastic example to all other store employees.
