Great service and great product knowledge.

Stacey was very helpful getting us the right bed at the right price. Wasn't in the shop too long and my daughter was occupied with colouring to do and was given an Easter egg by another member of staff which was a nice touch and kept her entertained during the time I was there, happy customer! can't wait to receive my bed. The store manager did a deal on the mattresses I bought as I had been to the store 3 times and was undecided, and a staff member texted me to inform me of Easter weekend deals.

On arrival, we were greeted by Katie. She was very helpful throughout our visit and carefully explained the products and combinations. We were offered refreshments while browsing, which made it a more welcoming and relaxed experience. No pressure selling was used, which we very much appreciated and allowed us to browse at leisure. When we were ready to place our order, Katie was immediately available to take details and determine when delivery could be made. Thank you for your help Katie.

I called into Dreams with the intention of purchasing a mattress for spare room, I met with Kathryn and ?Katie both very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly in all aspects of my purchase. In fact I came home and decided on the following day to buy a new base for the mattress. I then spent time talking to Katie who was also exceptionally helpful. I will most definitely return to Dreams and recommend friends to also visit this store. Thank you

The staff were very helpful and friendly

We have used this store before for the Tempur challenge. On that occasion we did not purchase any products but the staff could not have been more helpful. This encouraged me to return to the store when I decide to upgrade my previous dream bed. I was not disappointed. The staff were again very helpful. Kathryn the member who assisted with our purchase was very knowledgeable about the products and friendly, even laughing at my jokes has my girlfriend groaned. We were offered coffee, showed different options. Information was given and explained, delivery date was ideal and free! All members of staff in the store were friendly and seemed to get on well. We will certainly visit again when requiring our next upgrade. Thank you
