Dreams - Blackpool

I went in the Dreams Store in Blackpool - As I entered the store there was only one assistant with a few customers browsing around the store. Stacey greeted me and explained she was lone working but would be with myself within a few minutes. She offered me a lovely coffee whilst I was looking around and she kept coming over and making sure that I was okay and she was doing this will all the customers in store. I she never once pressured even into making a decision even when it was busy which made my decision to buy from her easier. Even though it was busy I would like to acknowledge the work that she did and she made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Thank you Stacey for your amazing service

The store manager was exceptionally competent and a credit to Dreams. Also the store was well laid out with prices and build types clearly displayed.

Good choice of mattresses and clear pricing and product information. Assistance was there if we needed it, but we were also allowed all the time we wanted to browse all the alternatives.

Superb service. Staff were all friendly and ready to help but at the same time we did not feel pressured or mithered. I will be coming back for new bed for all my 4 children and telling my friends about the service and quality. Great staff and manager looked after us above and beyond
