Stacy was outstanding in every aspect of the sale. She was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and wanted the best for me. She couldn’t have done more to be helpful.

I found the assistant gave you time to browse for a while before approaching us, which gave us time to select the products we had short listed. She was very knowledgeable and gave us some good advice. The delivery date was at our convenience as we work odd hours. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

We entered the store with the intention of buying a specific mattress but found that the mattress wasn't out on a bed, so we couldnt try it. Katie and her colleagues found the product in the display and set it up on one of the bed so we could test it. This was really helpful.

Store Manager, INNY was the staff member on duty today.He was extremely friendly and welcoming, greeting us into the store with a smile. Highly knowledgeable on store products an highly skilled in assessing mattress suitability after asking relevant questions on sleeping positions, likes & dislikes etc. Was able to answer all questions without hesitation and advise on both mattresses and pillows, having an obvious in depth knowledge regarding posture We did not feel at all rushed or pressured and were given adequate time to test and discuss mattresses.

From the moment I entered the store I felt at ease mainly due to the friendliness of the manager and his staff.

The saleslady was very polite very knowledgeable, gave us plenty of time to discuss our needs not pushey at all.

We arrived at 5.40 and noticed the store closing time was 6pm , but we entered and the sales assisted Katie was warm and friendly and asked us if we wanted any help. We looked around but was Aware the store was about to close, but Katie assured us it was ok to take our time. We found a matteress and she even stayed open late to give me time to nip home to get my van so I could pick it up. We are in retail ourselves and know how important it is to give good service , Katie is a credit to your company and deserves congratulating. The assistant was very friendly, helpful and had a nice personality. She was considerate in leaving me to check out a mattress and was not overpowering.I will certainly return to the shop very soon as I am considering buying an electric double bed.
