Stacey had great product knowledge, dealt with my order quickly and efficiently with great customer service.

The team were extremely helpful. They listened to what I wanted, how much I had to spend and helped me make the best choice for my needs. They offere dme coffe while I tried out several different mattresses and gave me all the time I needed. I wasn't rushed or made to feel pressured.

We were dealt with by Stacey who clearly 'new her mattresses' and offered assistance with our final selection. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way at all and it was a pleasure to conclude the purchase, particularly with someone who acted with total professionalism. Keep up the good work!

We were greeted by warm friendly smiles. Katie and her assistant manager, Sarah I think, were exceptional. Very helpful and polite. We were offered a drink and after Katie helped me and my husband find the right mattress she then helped us find the right pillow. Both really friendly and made it a very pleasant experience even though we took a while to choose. Both an asset to the company and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to both
