Really Friendly and helpful staff

Kathryn was very knowledgeable about the product and was friendly and approachable. She also took time to make sure we understood what was available and at no time did we feel under pressure or "pushed". She is a credit to you.

Friendly staff also found what I wanted straight away. Like being able to try sleeping on mattress for 40 nights. Very pleased overall.

Great help from Inny and such a nice guy

Just bought a bed frame and mattress from the Dreams store in Blackpool and i have to tell you what excellent customer service Stacey provided. She talked us through all our options and we came away very satisfied with an excellent cup of coffee to boot. The customer service even went as far as Stacey taking the time out to explain how to put the bed up so i was able to do it myself. Thoroughly recommend Dream with promise of aftercare if needed! Thank you Stacey.

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly, gave options for what I wanted. Only thing was having to wait over 3 weeks for delivery. But overall extremely pleased with experience. Will recommend! Thanks Katie and her colleagues at Blackpool!

Highly friendly staff that made us feel very welcome and comfortable, swiftly found the right products for us and and the available upgrades, and even made us a brew !!

I like to be left alone initially when enter the shop |I was but was aware of the fact I was there. Had done my homework on the internet re size colour and price and was nicely surprised at reductions on the mattresses. Was given a drink and totally listened to with regard to the sale. Came away completely satisfied and await delivery.
