We were greeted by Sully a very polite chap, who gave us an over view of the stores layout and where we could different bed frames, mattresses and anything we needed. He was extremely helpful and was very knowledgeable. He helped me find the bed and mattress which was perfect for me.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful (but not overbearing) assistant,Stacey. She offered us a drink and gave us time to look around. When we needed to ask questions about products,she was very knowledgeable. But she didn't push products at us. She listened carefully to our needs and helped to support us with the right choice. She took time to discuss the pros and cons of each product. She was very approachable, down to earth but professional. We were allowed as much time as we needed to discuss our purchase ,without feeling pressured or rushed. Stacey helped to ensure we made the right choice, can't thank her enough.
