The assistant Gail had fantastic knowledge of all the products and was extremely helpful. We even had a coffee whilst orderinging our items.

I was assisted by a very helpful, polite and knowleagble lady called Stacey. She spent quite a while with me, helping me to decide which would be the better purchase for me, showing me a wide selection of mattress to try. I would recommend Stacey if help is required. The gentleman in store was also helpful and polite.

Stacey was very attentive and put both myself and partner at ease, we opted for finance and my partner gets very nervous and embarrassed and she put him right at ease, made us a cuppa and told us there was no rush and we felt very comfortable in her company, she was very helpful and explained every part of the process in detail and was very easy to get along with, we found her really professional and would recommend dreams again if only for the services of Stacey.

I accompanied my aged parents to buy a new mattress. Inny welcomed us to the store and was very empathetic to their needs and requirements. His product knowledge was very good and he steered us in the right direction without being pushy. He offered drinks whilst we completed the purchase which was straitforward and painless. A very good experience all round.
