Dreams - Blackpool

Dave the advisor that served me was excellent. I went into the store quite late, I was the only person in there and he made me feel at ease straight away (it could be quite intimidating trying beds out infront of a man on your own). He worked out which beds suited me and could tell me before I even tried them whether I would like them or not. He spent time with me and made me feel like a valued customer. It was an an excellent experience because of his excellent customer service skills.

The assistance I received from Gail was second to none - courteous, helpful, friendly, excellent product knowledge and brilliant advice. Nothing was too much trouble. She even made me a coffee! I wouldnt hesitate to return to this branch of Dreams. Her colleague Stacey was extremely helpful too in finding out about product availability. All in all, a pleasure to shop there. Thank you.

Went to the competitor first which was a big mistake - so to be welcomed by a lovely coffee and a smile by Stacey (on a windy and rainy day) was amazing. We got a nice bed at a good price, can't wait for us to take delivery of our bed

The manager and other staff in the store were really helpful and so friendly. We didn't feel pushed into buying something that wouldn't be right for us

All the staff were fantastic and happy to help. gail was they lady who delt with us mainly and was very proffesional and friendly. Would highly recommend the blackpool store, and would like to thank everyone there for helping us.

both Stacey and Gail where friendly and made me and my daughter feel very welcome and that anything we asked was not too much trouble. We spent nearly an hour there whilst my daughter chose a bed and where both very satisfied and happy with the service we recieved

Gail was attentive and welcoming and provided pillows to better try the bed and she made us coffee. She took time to ask us questions in order to match our order to our needs.
