Tracy the shop assistant at Dreams Vicarage Road was very helpful and offered us a drink while we looked around at beds and pillows she was not too pushy but made it known if we need help just to ask, thats what we like to do look first then ask for help don't like pushy sales people. We asked Tracy for assistance regarding a mattress, headboard and also a pillow, she was very knowledgeable on all the questions referred to her. Therefore we then placed an order with Tracy following her recommendations.

We were served by Inny at the Blackpool branch. What a polite friendly helpful gentleman he was. He explained the different mattresses and how to get a comfy position for sleeping. We were very impressed with his 100% customer service.

The service was great the man serving us was very informative and helpful he spent a lot of time explaining posture etc as i have problems with my back We couldnt have expected more would def go back and will highly recomend the shop to others

I was served by a lovely lady called Gail.She listened to what I wanted,& showed me the products I was interested in.She was pleasent,friendly & not pushy at all.When she showed me the'Showan k Ottoman Silver Bedframe' I knew it was the one for me.She then showed me mattresses that were in my budget to complement the bed base & headboard.Gail then took us over to her desk to work out prices etc,but before she started made me a nice coffee & hot chocolate for my son.it was a very pleasant & good experience I would highly recommend Dreams Blackpool branch, & esspecially Gail, who was lovely & very helpfull.

shop had good selection or beds.staff were very friendly really knew there products well.as soon as we sat down we were offered tea and coffee.very easy to place order and pay.
