The salesperson was very helpful and informative , advised us concerning different manufacturing procedures and materials , efficient and sympathetic with our requirements .

Stacey was friendly and helpful. We were left alone to wander around the store and try out the beds but when we wanted some help and advice she seemed to realise and was there straight away. We didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything. She gave us advice on the difference between beds.

Gail, was highly attentive and made surw that everything was perfect, for me to make a christmas gift of the product to my parents.

hi we saw a bed which was just the type of bed for storage as well as to sleep in and the help from claire was great. greeted with a smile was realy helpfull in every way even offered us tea/coffee or chocolate we had a chocolate drink whilst claire and are selfs was dealing with forms ladie was cheerfull and helpfull through out and the chocolate drink was nice to anyway the ladie claire made us feel right at home through out are time in the store...

We were assisted by two members of staff - Gail and a young man, who were both extremely helpful and informative about your beds, mattresses and demonstrated the technology availalable. They were not ‘pushy’ and gave us the time to go home to re-measure our room, so that we were able to make an informed decision in choosing the right bed. The staff were very polite and offered just the right level of assistance.

David the gentleman in the Blackpool store was very knowledgeable of the products. He wasn't pushy & gave us plenty of time to try different mattresses. His disposition was friendly but professional.

On arrival we had an idea of what we wanted however the sales assistant Gail was able to take us through a range of options. She quickly understood our requirement and was able to provide expert advice in a friendly and professional manner. Gail also gave us time to consider the varying options and to test a number of mattresses to ensure we selected the one that best suited our need. Overall this was a very pleasant experience in this Dreams store and we will be returning again in the future.

The assistant was able to narrow down the type of bed that I wanted, and the mattress that was best for me. I went into this store with an idea of what I wanted but when he explained the Wall and Colours, and spent time with me I was able to learn that what I needed and wanted was different. Really happy that I will have everything built and removed at the same time. He was really good at explaining everything without being a pushy salesman.

We walked into the store and greeted by Stacy who was helpful friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. We explained what we were looking for she found the best available options for us and we had made a purchase and left within half an hour. What we were partly dreading as being a difficult and tedious chore turned out to be a quick and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend and shop again.

The staff were very knowledgeable about the products and knew which product to recommend for our needs, they were courteous and never at any time did we feel under pressure to buy, they gave us time to decide and went out of their way to give us the best price possible
