Dreams - Blackpool

The variety of options was clearly explained including the combination of different beds, mattresses and headboards.

We were greeted by smiles and hellos from all members of staff. We had a idea what size bed we wanted. The assistance was second to none. We were shown all available products. The clearence mattresses were offered and we were impressed with the knowledge from the member of staff.

Great service from start to finish. My partner and myself where both offered a brew whilst we was in store (it was a very cold day so a lovely coffee went down lovely!) Stacey and her manager where patient and extremely helpful. Thank you both for all your help. It’s lovely to see two people who are passionate about what they do

On entering the store we were given time to look before being approached by the lady who took every part of our needs as if it was her own purchase, we thought her professional attitude a real credit to Dreams.

Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and to the point - no sales person waffle.

The member of staff who helped us with our order (think she was called Stacey) was patient and friendly and helped with our order

Friendly feel to the store did not feel pressured or “pounced on” both the manager and Gail were both very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase at Dreams. When I first walked into the store at Blackpool it was very spacious, clean and tidy. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming and made the whole experience so much easier and put us at ease. The member of staff whom helped us was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Dreams to anybody whom is after a new bed.

The staff advised us where the items we were interested in were and left us to look initially. Then they came and explained the various qualities of the mattresses. We were even given a pillow to try the mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble. We even got a coffee!! Ordering was easy and an e mail came through very quickly to confirm the date of delivery. Will definitely go to Dreams again and will certainly recommend them to everyone.

Friendly and helpful, informative staff without being overbearing. She was considerate to my needs.
