I researched mattresses before I walked into the store. I knew exactly what I wanted - until I actually tried a bed - then - I needed guidance. The sales associate was highly knowledgable , non pushy & could answer every question in depth. When making such a large purchase, you need to experience the product & be guided by someone who knows what they are talking about. So that is why I was highly satisfied with the in store experience. Where I have indicated that I was neither satisfied or dissatisfied - this was in reference to price - I wanted the product - not to spend hours trying to save on the internet - so the price is what it is . The same reason I park in a car park - not drive around the streets looking for a free place . Hope this helps

Gail was very good at understanding my requirements and quickly and efficiently dealing with my purchase. Sue was a great help in loading my purchase into my van which was a little too small for the job.

the two ladies who dealt with us were very polite and helpful everything we asked about was dealt with to our satisfaction we were offered a hot drink and were looked after the whole time we were there

The assistant Gail who took care of all our requirements and questions about the type of bed we required were fully taken on board and we went in for a king size bed and ended up with a super king a bit of luxury, we also needed two new pillows and Gail gave and explained about the choices that she showed us and then we decided on the two that was best suited for us, we also purchased a headboard to match the base and the base we picked had the glide bottoms which Gail advised that the bed would be more moveable, so we made the purchase and to top it we had free delivery and they are going to put the bed together for us free of charge, so we are happy with the deal we got.

The lady was very nice and helpful she did her up most to make sure we were helped and satisfied and did her best with the pricing for which we were really grateful

The employee who served me, recognised me immediately on entering the store. Id been in a few weeks before about a bed and a matress and she had remembered everything we had discussed. A real welcoming feel. She also interacted with my daughter, who is 4, and was a little over tired at the time! Can't praise this member of staff enough
