Dreams - Blackpool

We were highly satisfied with the customer service Aaron was so courteous and understanding to our needs and didn’t try to get us to purchase anything that would not be suitable for our needs.We we’re greeted as we entered the store and offered a drink and a pillow to sleep match. We were really impressed with the customer service and I must say this is the second time I have purchased a bed from you before and i will be recommending Dreams to my friends and family for the future.

This was our first visit to a Dreams store , and we were both impressed with the female assistance and how completely professional she was in dealing with our inquiry.

Upon arrival were greeted with a smile from Aaron as we entered the Blackpool store and shown to a chair and straight away we were offered a drink ( i had hot chocolate which was delicious} after we explained what we wanted Aaron took us to the sleepmatch bed and explained what it would do then put us a pillow each onto the bed .Aaron explained well about the mattresses and about the pillow we used which i treated myself to he is a credit to the store we felt relaxed and happy with our experience in the store.

We were looked after by Aaron at the Blackpool store and he couldn’t have been more helpful. We visited the store twice and he was more than helpful on both occasions. He was knowledgeable but not pushy and really helped us make our decision. We took a considerable amount of time to make our decision and at no point did he make us feel rushed and gave us all the time we needed. An absolute credit to your team!

Made our shop for a new mattress easy and so helpful and Aron made it fun. It was the first shop we went to and didn’t even bother going any where else perfect experience

From just window shopping to an actual purchase was highly enjoyable and easy on the purse strings

From the minute we walked into the store we were greeted by Aaron, he really listened to what we were looking for, he gave us a variety of products to consider, he was very knowledgeable about the products, pointing out the pros and cons, he helped us choose the correct products. Aaron made us feel at ease, and we felt no pressure to purchase the products. We were offered coffee, and found the whole experience a pleasurable one 😁

I hate my bed, have done for the past 9 years, we needed a new bed and mattress so went to dreams. I was not in the best of moods due to our last experience of purchasing a bed and the nightmare I'm still living but Aaron was amazing, he understood my concerns and provided excellent knowledge of products, he just knew what I needed and provided us with options and time to really make our decision.

Aaron was very heplful, this purchase was for my 16yr od son We had no idea what type of mattress was best. Aaron suggest the computer sytem to determine which mattress would be best, then took us round the store to try. We made a purchase of mattress, bed, pillows and 2 quilts, very happy. With a delivery date also agreed befor Christmas

The assistant who served us was so very helpful and pleasant My son (42 years old) is autistic and she was very respectful The whole experience was made simple and easy.
