Dreams - Blackburn

The staff were very friendly and helpful . We purchased the bed that was required at the sale price.

Looked after by Sully again who is always very helpful and sorted us out within minutes. Got exactly what we wanted for a bargain price.

Went into dreams store on Sunday 9th Jan to have a look. A lovely lady greeted us then let us have a look around, kept checking in to ensure we found what we was looking for and answered any questions. Later that day we went back to dreams as we had made our decision and couldn’t leave our bed! This time we was looked after by a gent named Solly he had good product knowledge and answered any more questions which we had. Ensured we was sure with the mattress choice and nothing seemed too much hassle for him. Absolute lovely customer service from both the people we dealt and spoke to.

Sales assistant Craig and the blackburn branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in taking us through our options in finding the right bed.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff member (Inny at Blackburn store) who looked after us was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the exact product we needed. We were very impressed and we intended on shopping around before committing but we felt that he went above amd beyond to look after us. A very well earned sale!

Very professional and knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Suleman was there to offer help but gave us space to browse around. When I needed assistance he was very helpful. He also offered alternatives and additional extra's in a professional way and I didn't feel pressured into anything. Hot chocolate from your newly install machine also very nice :)

Craig in the Blackburn store was super. He was patient and friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable and made us at ease immediately. We couldn't fault his customer service! He was brilliant. 10/10

Welcomed as soon as we entered the building and everything was explained to us all the way and advice was given on all products we looked at.

Member of staff really helpful and had plenty of patience with me,and she was very knowledgeable.
