Everything was excellent explained nice and easy and a friendly atmosphere was around and felt like a comfortable area and was very satisfied with the outcome would highley recommend visiting again or assuring someone else if they wanted a bed

Was able to find a mattress both myself and my partner wanted that was more than comfortable for the both of us. We also found a bed frame we both liked And decided to purchase

We have done shopping from Dreams several times in Blackburn, Bolton, and in London. The gentleman in Blackburn store called Ince ( sorry if l spelt the name wrong) is very helpful and very friendly and polite. He helped me, my sister in buying bed and mattress before. To be honest he is one of the best sales man l have ever come across. We are very satisfied. I wish every store has the sales team like Dreams in Blackburn.

I was listened to, shown the full range of my specific needs, was offered deals with the mattress and pillows. Tried the sleep master programme. Was given time to fully inspect the bed I had chosen and offered hot drinks.

Nylah took time to understand our requirements and explain the options. Excellent sales skills anticipating and overcoming objections very professionally.
