The advisor was really helpful with all the information that he gave us he took time and care to Informers about each type of mattress and the best value for money for what we were looking for he went above and beyond and we were very very happy with his level of service very friendly very helpful very patient in the end we got what we wanted. I would definitely recommend him again to family and friends

We spoke with Inny and described what we wanted, he listened and helped by allowing us to test different style beds that were suitable for us. We got a bed that we both felt comfortable on. We also changed colour and Inny was helpful over the phone too!

It was mainly down to the salesperson Inny, I have spent most of my adult life working in customer service and I know it’s a more difficult job than people realise. From entering the store to leaving both my wife and I couldn’t have had a better experience, we were greeted in a very friendly manner, given time to look and when we needed advice Inny was on hand, he was both very knowledgeable and personable and couldn’t have helped us any more than he did. If you could pass on our thanks we would appreciate it as it was a really painless and enjoyable experience, he is a credit to your store.
