The salesman was really helpful he let us try the beds and didn’t seam to be in a hurry we felt really relaxed during our time in store

My partner and I had recently bought our first house and needed a new bed and mattress. Solly the sales assistant was so helpful and patient with us. He really took his time to find us the perfect mattress and bed, and he made us a lovely hot chocolate. I am so grateful for his expertise and would certainly recommend dreams Blackburn to family and friends! Thanks solly

The sales people were very friendly and helpful without being too pushy (this always puts me off, I would have left without buying had they tried to "hard sell"). They listened to what I wanted and discussed my options within my parameters. The only disappointing thing was the 8 week lead time for delivery as I would have liked it sooner
