Both Nylah and Inny? listened to my needs and concerns and advised me very well. I never felt pressured at any time. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I'm generally mistrustful of sales staff but I genuinely felt that these two lovely people had my best interests at heart and both are a credit to Dreams. I'm a very picky, hard to please customer but I was more than happy that I was lucky enough to have come across these lovely genuine people.

Colleague serving us (Solly) was extremely helpful & knowledgable. He was very thorough & helped us in every way.

Staff knew what i wanted and were able to assist in a great way giving peace of mind in my purchase.

The assistant Solly was extremely attentive, enquired about our needs and didn't try to force anything on us but waited for our decision after giving us all the appropriate options. He was attentive and friendly without being over-bearing. He used the sleep comfort system to ensure we were looking at the correct products for us.

The staff member was very knowledgeable and friendly. He guided us through the buying process and made our whole experience feel really relaxed. We came away confident we have made the right bed and mattress choice.
