Visited middlebrook bolton first, very helpful & was advised to take the mattress test, having seen several mattresses & frames, came away to think about it. Next day went to Blackburn store as local to order, staff as helpful as day before.

The sofa bed in the store was faulty but the salesman spent several minutes fixing it so we could see it extended out as a bed.
