We were very satisfied with with our trip to Dreams. When we explained how we would use the mattress we were buying, it was explained clearly the one we should buy.

Being partly disabled I was treated with respect and courtesy. The staff product knowledge and efficiency was paramount in the request/quote for the furniture.

I felt that I was really listened to and understood by both staff members. They let me talk through my options spending hours with me helping me choose the right product for me (I’m sure I must have been annoying haha). But it’s a huge purchase and I have gone away feeling like I’ve made the right decision in my own time rather than feeling worried or rushed. They also remembered me and helped me get a good deal. Excellent customer service is rarely received these days, so I’m glad I have an opportunity to give positive feedback. I will be recommending others to come here as they will get a better experience.
