Very happy with the service. Was put on bed machine and aid what supported my body but also they explained about different mattress for different ways of sleeping and also pillows which I never knew

My partner and i visited the store. The staff asked straight away if we needed help. We said we wanted to have a look around. After we had looked at several mattresses a member of staff came over for casual conversation and offered some help. Wasnt pushy with sales and properly listened and understood what we wanted. Took the time to walk us around several mattresses, while talking and gaining more knowledge about us and our needs

Staff friendly and knew what they were talking about, couldn’t do enough delightful people

Neil talked us through the process of selecting the correct mattress, explaining about the bed programme analysis which we did. He listened to what we wanted and answered any questions. We visited the store 3 times in total and each time he remembered us and made selecting our mattress easier. Thank you Neil.

It didn’t take long to find what we were after and complete order

We went into the Bexhill store and were not too sure what we wanted, we used the sleep yest matress in the store and were asked all correct questions and shown 4 different mattresses to try. Great service
