The Sales Assistant Nicole was very helpful and attentive without being overly “in your face”. My wife and I learned a lot regarding the range, options and technology of the mattress products. We had not planned to make the purchase on this visit, but we felt confident that there was no necessity to investigate other alternatives.

We were not pressured as soon as we entered the shop which gave us time to look around to see what was available. When we were asked if we needed help we were met with the most friendly and helpful staff.

Came in looking for a new mattress and spoke to one of the colleague assistants for advice and was shown how a mattress I fell in love with was actually on sale for half price. As I was helping the store out by buying a discounted mattress, to make more room in their store, the lovely colleague threw in free pillows, duvet and mattress protector with my order. Couldn’t be happier with my experience in store!

Hi I had a nice experiance in dreams, I had selected the materese I wanted, the friendly asstant was very helpful, I had tired the materese has a lay down on it and it was FAB, the assitant showed me a pillow to lay on and it was so comfortable I brought one, materese protector, I enjoyed my visit at Dreams and the assitants made my visit more wonderful,.

This is the second time I had attended the store. The same staff member attended to me, really friendly, helpful, answered all my questions and did this with a smile.

The woman who helped us was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. We felt supported in our purchase and able to trust the advice that she gave us. We left feeling happy and commenting on how excellent the customer service had been.
