Jack who served me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He assisted me to help find the right mattress to suit me as I have often get pain in my lower back. After using the machine to determine the right balance mattress he matched this to a mattress that fit my budget. He wasn’t pushy and gave me time to consider my options. I was really impressed by the whole service.

I fell in love with a sample product and was as a thank you for shopping I was given this as complimentary. That has never happened before in any other stores!also Re price of product and services all was very professional and great discount was given to us even for the top quality product as we chose top of the range I thought the prices will be over the roof but to my surprise we were given all the warm attention and the product recommendations with great discounts. Also in a very short period of time the sales was concluded. Quite pleased with the products cover and warranty options and prices .. I love Dreams more than ever before now.
