As soon as we walked in we were looked after. The customer service was amazing, James was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and gave us room to discuss what we needed in private, whilst being on hand to help answer questions. Genuinely the best customer service we have received in a long while. He is a credit to the store and because he was so knowledgeable we spent more money on additional items to complete the package.

The lady who served us was brilliant, I think her name was Katherine - she had lost her elderly mum I think so was very good with my dad who is 94
