I thought the state of the art computer test to see what bed would suit me was excellent and the staff at Bedford retail park were very helpful

James was knowledgable and very helpful, yet gave us space to discuss as a couple etc.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Took time to explain options, trying a range of different mattresses, helping to order the products online etc and timelines

Your colleague James looked after us very well. We entered our details to a computer and underwent a test to ascertain which mattress would be best. It gave a printout of at least 6. We had coffee and tried out each mattress until we found the one we liked. James was very knowledgable and very helpful throughout. He wasn’t pushy and gave us time alone to discuss. His colleagues were also friendly. All in all a great experience.

The store assistant James was a very friendly and knowledgeable person. Knew the right products to sell going by what we were after and needed and put no pressure on me to buy. The experience was excellent and because of this particular store assistant, I will be coming back when I next need a mattress and or bed frame

The Bedford store was clean And tidy. The salesman (Jack) was such a nice guy and we had a laugh together. Really knowledgeable and not pushy Gave me time to think and processed the order quickly. Really happy with the service
