Good customer service team, helpful and friendly

Very helpful salesman, great knowledge and made me feel comfortable. I was given all the advise under the sun, and was left extremely satisfied with the overall service.

I needed a bed very quickly and the staff understood my needs and made sure it happened

The sales person was very good, explained what was available and spent plenty of time showing and demonstrating the options. At no time did we feel we were under pressure to make a purchase.

I had not planned on buying and I usually walk out of a store if i feel 'too much help' is given. The girl who approached me was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, made delicious coffee, a chocolate whilst paying was extremely welcome, as was the water. I felt under no pressure whatsoever and I ended up buying 2 pillows at £99 each, and a mattress that had been reduced but was the only one I liked in the store...it felt just perfect. I spent a long time in the store, yet no other customers were ignored. I spent a lot of time chatting to both the assistant who helped me and the lady who took my money. I even told the assistant that it was because of her that I made a purchase. I would usually have left, gone home and researched further online. it was an enjoyable experience, despite spending over £1000! i would highly recommend. (It may sound like I know the staff...I don't, but feel good service needs to be acknowledged)
