Exactly what I wanted. No time wasting of upselling

We were looking for specific mattress after watching a tv programme and I had checked dreams sold it. Russel came over and immediately was friendly and informative. He showed us the mattresses we were looking and and even more impressive was is knowledge of the brand- he had actually visited the factory and helped made them- so could answer all my questions and if he wasn’t sure he found out. He offered sleep analayse machine and allowed us time to decide on the firmness level. Professional all the way through with no hard sale tactics just friendliness and knowledge.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Gave us a range of alternatives, but we did not feel pressured to go with a certain mattress or most expensive choice.

As soon as we walked in the staff are extremely friendly and knew excacuerly what they was talking about

Very pleased with customer service. James greeted me on arrival, he was very courteous and very helpful in explaining everything I asked. He informed me of measurements of bed and how to make use of limited space I had and what would be suitable for my requirements. He offered refreshments, much appreciated. The only downside was that availability in the exact colour I wanted for bed had been discontinued..

Found exactly what we needed at a good price. Staff available to assist and were friendly but not pushy.

Cathryn was extremely helpful, also the bed to test what mattress was right for us was perfect as it showed me I had been using a mattress that was too hard for me. Now I get up in the morning without a load of aches and pains!

We were served by James . He was very helpful, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for him.He is a credit to your company .We had looked at beds in a competitor store and was just coming to compare but he was amazing, helped us to buy a difficult purchase .

James was polite and very understanding of our needs, James made us feel welcome and feel valued as customers he also made us tea and coffee ... I felt very comfortable and not rushed or pressured into buying the product.
