Cathy helped us on our first visit - lovely lady and fully understoid my needs for a comfortable bed to suit my chronic pain. Mark helped us on our return visit + he was brilliant...really knew his stuff,professional but friendly too and we took up loads of his time but didn't feel rushed or pressured . Feel we have made the right choice for us and our needs ..not straightforward but found I think the ideal mattress and bed. Excellent service, friendly, informative and inspired confidence in our purchase and lovely touch to be offered a much appreciated cuppa . Beautiful beds .

James was very helpful but not overly so we felt comfortable and happy to proceed. He offered us coffee and showed us how to use the dreams assessment thing. Couldn’t be more pleased with his service.

Mark served us & his knowledge was excellent, he was more than happy to discuss all the options & explained everything we needed to know to be able to make our choice easier. Mark was an example of the customer service that everyone would like to have with every company but is only found rarely these days. Well done as we will always go back to Dreams for purchases, as it is a feel good experience.

Cathryn who served us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking the right bed for my husband who has Parkinson's. She made sure that he tried a few mattresses for firmness and a few beds for the height bearing in mind he has a problem getting in and out of bed. We felt very confident in her suggestions as she thought of things we hadn't. She was very caring and made sure our experience at Dreams was stress-free and relaxed. We are extremely happy with the service in choosing and ordering.
