Great customer service from Tilly. She knew everything about the mattresses and really helped us out when we walked in slightly overwhelmed by the number of different options and did this in very friendly way!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

We entered the showroom and to be honest were overwhelmed at the number of beds staring back at us! However Tilly was exceptional, polite, knowledgeable and not a pushy sales assistant at all. We were quickly show a bed which could help us narrow down our options, which helped us no end, we were shown all beds included price ranges and at no point did we feel like we were being pushed to buy beyond our budget. Her professionalism and conduct throughout our service should be noted and praised, we initially did not intend to buy a mattress that day, whilst accompanying a family member who was looking, but with Tilly steering us in the right direction for something we had been putting off we went ahead and made our purchase.

Sales assistant was very friendly and answered lots of questions I had. Prices seemed reasonable. Delivery lead time very quick.
