I found Cathryn to be highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable in helping me find the right bed for me.

From the minute we walked in the door Cathryn greeted us and made the whole experience of buying a bed and matress a lot easier than we expected. Asked us if we would like a drink. And used the equipment to help us decide what matress was suitable for us.

I was very impressed by Cathryn the store assistant at Bedford. She was very likeable, friendly and knowledgeable. The process was very smooth from start to finish. The delivery and build team were efficient, arrived on time, kept me up to date with their arrival time. They also were diligent putting their overshoes on every time they came into the property. I was impressed by the delivery date, and indeed I could have had delivery within a week if I had wanted.

James was very helpful and let me take my time there was no hard sell so I didn't feel rushed into making a choice of mattress.

We were really satisfied with the professional assistance we received and we were not pressurised. It was our third visit and we had already received information so it made it quick and positive to finally make our decision. The staff at your Unit 2 Interchange Retail Park at Kempston Bedford MK42 7AZ were brilliant and Tilly was outstanding! A credit to your company.
