The staff member who served me in Bedford was Brilliant, she helped me work out which mattress I needed as I didn't have a clue. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and gave me space to try beds out without bearing over me. Very good customer experience.

The salesman was very friendly, very helpful without being pushy or making me feel pressured. I thought the mattress testing machine was not only enjoyable but very helpful. I also appreciated being offered a coffee!
