Cathryn was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, efficient and made it a pleasure to deal with her and the Company. I would definitely recommend Dream's and in particular Cathryn as the person to contact.

Mark was very helpful. Helped me use the"dream machine" to help find the right mattress. He showed me all the matresses recommended as well as others I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the products and didn't try to push the most expensive options on me. He completed the order efficiently and offered a soft drink while we were doing this. I didnt think choosing a new mattress would be so easy

The bed we wished to see was on display, & looked even better than the image online. Tilly assisted in answering our questions & showed us another bed similar to the one we looked at. And there was fruit squash available, which kept our little girl happy while we ordered the bed.
